Sales Consultant 40%

• Presentation of the brand, products and services
• Care and consulting of customers in sales
• Active identification of potential customers and brokers (architects, personal trainers etc.)
• Submission of prospect material and price lists
• Scheduling appointments with customers
• Implementation of sales-promoting measures in cooperation with the Store Manager
• Assistance with conducting regular customer events in the showroom
• Maintenance of the CRM
• Active outbound calls to existing customers and contacts (inquiries for quotes, catalog inquiries, contacts from trade fairs etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience in selling high-quality brand products (fashion/sport/luxury goods)
• Professional, linguistically skilled and customer-oriented demeanor
• German as mother tongue and very good English skills (Italian an advantage)
