Your tasks

• Receiving and processing incoming customer inquiries
• Competent advice on products and services
• Support with administrative matters
• Recognizing customer needs and service-oriented solution finding
• Careful documentation of customer conversations in the systems

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or corresponding professional experience
• Ideally, first professional experience in a commercial environment or customer service
• Pleasure in customer contact and pronounced communication strength
• Very good German language skills in word and writing as well as fluent Swiss German (mandatory)
• Good PC user skills and quick grasp
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented work

Framework conditions

• Scope: 80-100%

• During the training phase, 100% availability is assumed
