For our clients, leading hospitals and nursing homes in Winterthur, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (80-100%) who contributes to the optimal care of patients with heart and expertise.

Your tasks -- Care at the highest level

• Professional and individual care of patients according to their state of health
• Coordination and control of the nursing process in agreement with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompaniment and consultation of relatives in the nursing process
• Participation in quality assurance and continuous improvement of nursing processes
• Support and guidance of assistant and specialist staff

Your profile -- Your contribution to holistic care

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Experience in acute care or long-term care is an advantage
• Teamwork, resilience, and joy in interdisciplinary work
• Willingness to further develop professionally and participate in further training
• Patient-oriented and empathetic approach
