In this position, you will proactively and uncomplicatably accompany our customers in the event of a claim.  What you will achieve with us ## At the center of your work is the optimal support of our customers in the event of a claim - from its report to its conclusion.   You will skillfully contribute your professional expertise as well as your strong service orientation to the accompaniment of the entire process and provide customers with security regarding the claim processing. You will be in close exchange with your team as well as with all parties involved in the event of a claim. Upon request, you also have the possibility to personally inspect the damage directly on site in more complex cases and influence the decision-making process.  What you bring with you ## • Federal commercial vocational training • Profound professional experience in claims processing • Insurance intermediary VBV or insurance specialist certificate • High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact • Solution-oriented action and networked thinking • Independent, responsible and proactive personality • Flawless German skills in speaking and writing.
