Your tasks:

• Inspection, troubleshooting and repair of garden equipment and robotic lawnmowers
• Advising customers in the field of garden robots and garden equipment
• Repair intake
• If required, assistance in shipping (max. 20%)
• Repair and service of electric vehicles (scooters and Microcars)
• External assignments at customers in the areas of advice and installation
• Installation and instruction of robotic lawnmowers at customers
• Winter service on garden equipment and robotic lawnmowers
• Advice and sales in the show-room
• Participation in supplier training
• Assistance with dealer training
• Telephone technical support for customers
• Troubleshooting and repair of motors (Kawasaki and Briggs)
• Warranty assessments of damage to motors in consultation with the administration

Requirements:

• Training as a mechanic (preferably motor equipment or agricultural machinery mechanic), alternatively car, motorcycle or construction machinery mechanic, also polymechanic with corresponding knowledge
• High voltage technician certificate is an advantage
