Chef de Rang La Terrasse Brasserie (a)

To support our La Terrasse Brasserie service team, we are looking for a Chef de Rang for the 2026 summer season:

• Responsibility for smooth service in your own service station with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of the beverage and food menu including daily offers and current promotions
• Wine consultation and sales
• Provision of the required mise-en-place
• Guest-oriented complaint management

Your profile:

• Experience in managing your own à la carte service station including wine service
• High quality and service awareness
• Enjoyment and interest in regional cuisine
• Good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
