To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Fachfrau Betreuung EFZ (qualified childcare specialist), who works with heart and professional competence. Your tasks

Care and promotion of children in infancy and toddler age.
Building a trusting relationship as a primary caregiver.
Planning and implementation of pedagogical activities.
Observation and documentation of development (portfolio work).
Co-designing the room design and hygiene.
Collaboration with parents and participation in team meetings.
Support of the group leadership and substitution during absences.
Your profile

Completed training as Fachfrau Betreuung EFZ.
Experience in the care of children in a Kita.
Teamwork skills, empathy and strong communication skills.
Readiness for open and constructive cooperation.
Reliability and sense of responsibility.
