Your main responsibilities

Ensure the monitoring and updating of the commercial and marketing strategy

Develop and retain customers, while acquiring new clients

Manage customers and carry out regular visits

Ensure the monitoring, evolution, and development of our 4 stores in order to optimize their commercial performance

Prepare and monitor budgets, sales objectives, and performance indicators

Drive marketing actions, trade fairs, and communication projects

Maintain and monitor the implementation of private label marketing

Collaborate closely with the production, purchasing, and administration teams in order to guarantee a quality service

Your profile

Training in sales, marketing, or economics

Proven experience in a similar function, ideally in the agri-food sector

Entrepreneurial spirit, results orientation, and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Mastery of French and German; English is an asset
