Job description
Childcare Specialist EFZ / Co-educator wanted The HadeKi nursery cares for children from the age of 3 months until they enter kindergarten. All children are warmly welcome with us - regardless of social, cultural, or religious origin. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a sympathetic, motivated, and loving Childcare Specialist EFZ / Co-educator who enjoys accompanying, promoting, and helping to shape the daily lives of children. Monday to Friday. The early shift involves a maximum of 3 hours each time and ends no later than 10.00 AM. Our opening time begins at 7.00 AM. The actual start of the early shift depends on the arrival of the children and can therefore sometimes be as late as 8.00 AM.. However, we are also happy to consider other working time models or workloads by arrangement. What you bring with you

Joy and empathy in dealing with toddlers and preschool-aged children
A completed vocational training as Childcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalently recognized qualification
Reliability, honesty, and a sense of responsibility

Swiss German as a colloquial language
Your tasks

You support the group leader in pedagogical daily life
You jointly design age-appropriate offers and activities with the team
You maintain open and professionally sound cooperation with the parents
You accompany and support interns and trainees in daily life
You contribute initiative, organizational talent, and creative ideas
You contribute to a loving, safe, and promoting atmosphere for the children
