Registered Nurse HF and healthcare professional 40-80%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person as a

Registered Nurse HF or healthcare professional FaGe 40 - 80% permanent or hourly, day service

Tasks and activities :

• Professional care and accompaniment of sick, elderly and palliative care clients at home in the city of Zurich.
• Documentation of care in Perigon via tablet
• Transmission of client needs to the nursing team

Required profile :

• Registered Nurse HF diploma
• Healthcare professional FaGe diploma

Competencies :

• Practice of the profession out of conviction (matter of the heart)
• Experience in palliative care an asset or willingness for continuing education
• Prudent and global approach to situations
• Pleasure in working autonomously and responsibly
• Strong service orientation - client & team
• Empathy
• Respect in relationships
• High quality requirement
• Willingness for continuing education
• Good written and oral knowledge in German (level B2)
• Driving license category B
• Experience with Perigon an asset

Start date: immediate or by agreement
