At ISS, we are looking for a committed Cleaning Supervisor who is close to their teams. Thanks to your sense of organization and service, you will contribute to guaranteeing quality services while developing the skills of your employees.

Your tasks: ###

• Supervision of cleaning activities at sites
• Administrative and operational management
• Management and coordination of daily work (cleaning team)
• Quality control
• Control of the teams' working hours
• Order management
• Management & application of the specifications
• Attend managers' meetings
• Coordination between staff and the ISS personnel service
• Training of new employees
• Occasional assistance in the field

Your profile: ###

• CFC in the cleaning field or a few years of experience in the sector
• Good command of spoken and written French (minimum B2)
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license
• Sense of responsibility
• Helpful with a strong customer orientation
• Autonomous, flexible and endowed with a developed team spirit
