For a nationally active SME in sheet metal processing (industry and interior construction), we are looking for reinforcement for a well-rehearsed team. Do you like working independently? Do you want to prove your skills daily and take responsibility for your products?

CNC Folder (m/w/d) 100%

Your main tasks

• You fold orders independently based on CAD drawings and production papers
• You operate and equip modern folding presses (Beyeler PR150 IPC and PR200 IPC, AMADA HFE M2 1003 and EG4010)
• You take over the precise folding of individual sheets and series
• You make routine adjustments to programs and parameters
• You ensure the quality assurance of orders reliably
• You are responsible for general machine maintenance

Qualifications

Your profile

• You have a technical basic training in the mechanical field, for example as a plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic or production mechanic
• You have in-depth professional experience in sheet metal processing and with thin sheets, with a focus on folding
• You can read and understand technical drawings without any problems
• You convince through flexibility, quality awareness, team ability and a high level of productivity
• You have very good German language skills
