As a social worker within the HUG, you will intervene with the patients of the

department of geriatrics and rehabilitation in a global and multidisciplinary approach. You will ensure the social follow-up of hospitalized patients, particularly in an acute care unit.

Your role consists of assessing the social needs of patients and their relatives, identifying social difficulties, and proposing adapted solutions.
