To strengthen its "Netze" department, FMV is looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Responsible for Land and Easements 80% -100% In this role, you will work in the lines area of the "Netze" department. Your Mission You are responsible for negotiations with private landowners, authorities, and other stakeholders in connection with high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects. You secure easements and rights of way, regulate compensation, and represent the interests of the companies in permit procedures as well as in objections. In addition, you manage and administer the real estate and land portfolio of the companies, including rentals, leases, as well as purchase and sale negotiations. You also advocate for similarly situated topics in the Production department. The position requires negotiation skills, assertiveness, and sound knowledge in the area of land, real estate, and contract management. Your Profile Commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent training Several years of experience in administrative and coordinative activities Experience in contact with landowners, authorities, municipalities, and external partners Knowledge or experience in the area of real estate, easements, land registry, or rights of way Editorial skills Basic technical and legal understanding Self-initiative in solution development Negotiation skills Empathy Ability to work both independently and in a team Native language French or German with good knowledge of the other language (min.
