Your main tasks

• Leadership and organization of your production team in 3-shift operation
• Ensuring a smooth, on-time, and qualitatively flawless production process
• Active intervention in case of machine malfunctions and execution of minor maintenance work
• Responsibility for quality inspection and material availability
• Ensuring structured handovers between the shifts
• Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene and safety guidelines

Your profile

• Several years of experience in leading employees, ideally in a production environment
• Natural leadership strength paired with a high degree of social competence
• Technical understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of personal responsibility, resilience, and team spirit
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
