In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Real Estate Broker - 100% in Oron-la-Ville

Your mission:

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the real estate sector;
• Evaluate real estate properties and support clients in their construction projects;
• Organize and conduct visits of our show villas and land plots with clients;
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions;
• Ensure the follow-up of sales of our projects and land acquisition prospecting;
• Putting construction projects up for sale.

Your profile:

• Previous experience as a real estate broker, in the banking or insurance sector;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market;
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team dynamics.
