Construction Manager New Construction Gisikon

For our Central Switzerland region, within the «Baumeister Neubau» unit of the Buildings division, we are looking for you as our new Construction Manager (f/m/d).

From our office in Gisikon, you will take responsibility for exciting and demanding new construction projects in Central Switzerland. Together with an experienced team, you will shape projects from planning to successful handover and contribute significantly to their economic success.

Tasks: Construction Manager New Construction Gisikon ###

• Independent management of several parallel construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical leadership of the construction site teams, including implementation of occupational safety measures and quality assurance
• Work preparation, construction sequence planning
• Measuring, profitable billing of construction sites including warranty acceptances
• Contact person for clients, business partners and employees
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Implementation of project controlling

Requirements: Construction Manager New Construction Gisikon ###

• Completed training in the main construction industry with further education as a Dipl. Bauführer/in SBA, Techniker/in HF or comparable
• Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in the realization of structural engineering projects, preferably new constructions
• Sound knowledge of construction site organization, construction sequence planning as well as cost and schedule management
• Independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented way of working with high team and customer orientation
