Your mission :

• Reception and storage of goods ;
• Disinfection of fruits & vegetables ;
• Performing fish cutting ;
• Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and others ;
• Preparation & realization of orders taking delivery deadlines into account ;
• Maintaining traceability
• Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Monitoring of stocks, inventories and orders

Profiles sought :

Motivated / Serious / Commis experience / Swiss or foreign nationality with a valid residence permit or European passport

Start date: as soon as possible
