Main mission(s) Advise project owners, architects, and engineers and ensure compliance with fire protection legislation Control and validate quality assurance files in fire protection within the framework of inquiry procedures Validate accessibility plans for emergency vehicles to buildings Carry out visits to public establishments and control compliance with charges related to building permits with a view to issuing occupancy or operating permits Write technical reports and ensure follow-up of compliance measures Ensure follow-up of billing for inquiry files and occupancy permits Maintain up-to-date technical and regulatory knowledge regarding fire protection Profile CFC in the building sector or training deemed equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction field or experience deemed equivalent Good knowledge of construction materials and their behavior in case of fire Must hold the federal diploma of specialist in fire protection Commitment to obtaining the fire protection expert diploma within 5 years is an asset.
