• Intensive client consulting from job analysis to contract negotiation

• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients and candidates

Your profile:

• Several years of practical experience in personnel consulting or recruitment
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss construction market as well as current industry trends
• High customer orientation, convincing communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Independent working style, initiative, and commitment
