• You answer general questions about the customer loyalty program and take care of our customers by phone
• You are responsible for the infoline, the helpdesk and the technical support
• You forward relevant information to the responsible departments
• You receive complaints and process them in a solution-oriented manner

This is what you bring to move something together with us

• You have a completed commercial or comparable vocational training and have at least one year of professional experience in the office sector
• You are very communicative and have very good Swiss German language skills; French language skills are a great advantage
• You are motivated and convince through a pronounced customer and service orientation. It gives you pleasure to inspire customers for products and services
• You work independently, reliably, conscientiously and handling common PC applications is easy for you
• Flexible working hours suit you and you are willing to work within our service hours. (Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00, Sat 08:00-16:00)
