IT-System Engineer

Your tasks

• Setup and operation as well as the expansion of our server and client systems under Windows
• In-depth Windows experience (Windows Server 2019/2022, Entra and Microsoft365)
• Support for our team in the maintenance and expansion of our applications as well as in software distribution
• Ensuring second- and third-level support
• Partnership-based support for our customers

Your qualifications

• Solid IT basic training at the EFZ level including practical experience in first-, second-, and third-level support
• Familiar with current system architectures, concepts, technologies, configurations, and implementation methods
• In-depth Windows experience (Windows Server 2016/2019, Azure and Office365)
• High degree of independence, self-organization, and (creative) solution-oriented thinking
