Sales and Marketing Manager 80-100%

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the follow-up and updating of the commercial and marketing strategy
• Develop and retain the customer base, while acquiring new customers
• Manage clients and perform regular visits
• Ensure the follow-up, evolution, and development of our 4 stores in order to optimize their commercial performance
• Prepare and monitor budgets, sales objectives, and performance indicators
• Drive marketing actions, trade fairs, and communication projects
• Maintain and monitor the implementation of private label marketing
• Collaborate closely with the production, purchasing, and administration teams to guarantee quality service

Your profile

• Training in sales, marketing, or economics
• Proven experience in a similar function, ideally in the agri-food sector
• Entrepreneurial spirit, results orientation, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Mastery of French and German; English is an asset
