Your responsibilities

• Management of the telephone standard
• Management of the Customer Service email boxes
• Transmission of analysis results
• Writing and management of various correspondence
• Processing complaints from offices, clinics, and hospitals
• Advising doctors on pre-analytical protocols
• Management of non-conformities and file modifications
• Addition of analyses
• Execution of various specific general tasks of the department

Required skills

Technical:

• Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician or medical assistant diploma)
• Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results, and pre/analytical protocols
• In-depth knowledge of medical office and hospital practices with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Being at ease with computer tools and showing speed
• Good oral and written mastery of French
• English and/or German would be an asset
