Specialist in Social Pedagogy / Accommodation Care

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and resilient personality for the care of our young people in assisted and accompanied living from September 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Mentor work for 2 young people
• Planning, implementation and documentation of mentor discussions
• Accompaniment and support of young people in everyday life
• Cooperation with parents, schools, training companies, authorities and specialist agencies
• Co-design of a safe, structured and development-promoting living environment
• Administrative tasks and reporting
• Taking over evening, night and weekend duties according to the duty schedule
• Taking over household tasks

Your profile

• Training in social pedagogy, social work or comparable qualification
• Experience in working with young people is an advantage
• High social competence, resilience and reflectivity
• Independent, professional and structured way of working
• Good written expression and administrative skills
• Solid computer skills (MS Office)
• You have a driver's license category B
