To strengthen our team, we are looking for a receptionist (m/f), capable of becoming a new ambassador of our brand.

Mission description

• Reception and customer information
• Management of hotel and restaurant reservations
• Ensuring the transmission of information to the different sectors.
• Invoicing

You are in charge of the customers throughout their stay.

Profile

• Successful experience in reception within a hotel establishment.
• Strong sense of relationships and reception (smile, presentation, listening…)
• Mastery of French and English (written and spoken). German would be a strong asset.
• Knowledge of computer tools and reservation software (e.g. Opéra software).
• Resistance to stress
