• Responsible for smooth service, as well as for guest satisfaction and their wishes.
• Secure knowledge of the food menu and the drinks menu, as well as daily offers and current promotions.
• Active wine sales and professional advice regarding the selection
• Carrying out beverage and food service according to LQA standards
• Handling complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner

Your profile:

• Enthusiasm for the world of luxury hospitality and enjoyment of innovative, modern gastronomy concepts.
• Several years of professional experience in high-end à la carte service.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and an independent way of working.
• High flexibility, reliability, and a professional appearance.
• Passion for excellent service and personal interaction with demanding guests.
