• Specialist competent care and support of 23 residents in the long-term care area with complex care situations at a high age
• Co-design of a dignified, holistic and palliative-oriented care
• Structuring and accompaniment of everyday life considering individual needs
• Management of electronic care documentation
• Taking over daily responsibility with corresponding scope of action
• Optional: remunerated additional function as vocational trainer AGS/FaGe/FaBe

You are ###

• trained at secondary level (FaGe, DN1, FA SRK) or recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK
• experienced in care and support, ideally with palliative situations
• professional, empathetic and appreciative
• team-oriented, reflective and solution-oriented
• secure in handling PC applications
• linguistically skilled in German
