• Technically lead and manage a team of 3 to 6 employees
• Ensure production quantity, quality, punctuality, and costs
• Organize capacity planning and workflows in manufacturing
• Coordinate work tasks in production and rework and lead employees
• Monitor and comply with quality requirements in the production process
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training or several years of experience in assembly and production
• Basic manual vocational training is an advantage
• Physically resilient, flexible, reliable, as well as communicative and hands-on
• Good spatial awareness with networked thinking and an independent, efficient way of working
• Basic knowledge of PC use and proficient German language skills
