Perhaps your next professional challenge? #### Our general practitioner practice in Lufingen is located in a quiet rural area while being easily accessible. A personal atmosphere, short commutes, and a collaboration where everyone knows each other characterize our daily life in the practice. We are currently developing our team and our structures. This restructuring is an opportunity for us to bring new impulses and to create possibilities for evolution. You will be closely accompanied and supported by our practice coordination and the doctors. That is why we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an Assistant Executive MPA / Assistant Executive MPA with EFZ diploma (80-100 %) Assume responsibilities and participate in the design ## • You support the Executive MPA in the daily operations of the practice, assume responsibilities, and contribute your ideas. • Support for the Executive MPA in organization and coordination • Participation in the design of processes and structures • Support and professional exchange within the MPA team • Ensure the smooth running of daily practice operations • Close collaboration with the doctors and the central practice coordination What you bring ## • You are an EFZ-certified MPA, work independently and reliably, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations. • You communicate openly and respectfully, like to take on responsibilities, and enjoy actively evolving a team and a practice. • Experience in a management role is an advantage, but not a condition. • If you are interested, we will support you in continuing education to become an MPK management or clinical orientation What we offer you ## • A position of responsibility with room for maneuver • The chance to develop professionally and personally • Guidance and support from the practice coordination and the doctors • A family-like working atmosphere with flat hierarchies and a culture of using "tu" • Internal and external training possibilities with cost coverage • Modern working conditions and attractive offers for employees.
