Team Lead Nursing Nursing Home 60 - 100% Zürich

Leadership shows itself in everyday life, not in the title. As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take over the team leadership in a modern nursing home in Zürich and bear the responsibility for ensuring that processes work, quality is correct, and your team has orientation. With a workload of 60 to 100%, you will manage everyday nursing, make decisions, and specifically develop employees. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• Functional and personnel management of a team with around 15 employees and several apprentices
• Promotion, development, and retention of employees in everyday nursing
• Independent deployment planning using PEP
• Reliable documentation and performance recording in easyDOK as well as assessment using BESA
• Assumption of daily responsibility (mostly early shifts) and active participation in direct nursing

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Initial leadership experience in the long-term care sector or motivation to take on this responsibility
• Joy in working with elderly people, seeing and blind residents
• High social competence, empathy, and communication strength
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
