For the winter season, the Crans Ambassador, 5* hotel in Crans-Montana is looking to complete its team:

Chef de rang (M/F)

In close collaboration with the entire restaurant team, your mission is to welcome, advise, serve and look after our international guests, and to ensure the smooth running of the service. The satisfaction of our clients is your absolute priority.

You will be required to support your superior with administrative and organizational tasks. As a Chef de rang, you are at all times responsible for the perfect application of the hotel's quality standards, as well as compliance with hygiene standards.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Apprenticeship in catering or other training deemed equivalent
Experience in high-end catering of at least two years
Experience in à la carte service
Written and oral mastery of French and English, an additional language is an asset
Determined, dynamic and open personality
Excellent communication and sales skills
Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
Impeccable presentation
Flexibility and adaptability
Diplomacy and discretion
