• Monitoring continuous production to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Independent training and supervision of apprentices as the person responsible for apprentices
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker or CNC mechanic
• Extensive experience in handling 5-axis CNC milling machines and the Siemens 840D control
• Independent and responsible way of working with a strong focus on quality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Team-oriented, flexible personality with patience, empathy and communicative skills in dealing with young adults
