We are looking for an engaged and highly organized personality as a dispatcher (m/f/d) to actively support the existing team for our client.

Your tasks

• Receipt of telephone and written repair orders from customers and internal departments
• Dispatching of service technicians
• Appointment coordination and coordination between customers and technicians
• Monitoring the timely execution of assignments
• Planning of service work as well as partial organization of the required material via internal departments
• Timely report processing in SAP
• Processing of complaints

Your profile

• Completed technical training with commercial further education or completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the dispatching of service technicians is an advantage
• Strong communication personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Business fluent German
• Very good French skills mandatory (fluent orally)
• Good MS Office skills, SAP skills an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and organizational talent
• Solution-oriented, independent, and self-responsible way of working
