Sales Manager Europe

We are looking for a committed and persuasive personality who recognizes opportunities and actively promotes them. With your customer orientation, negotiating skills, and independent work style, you will sustainably develop our markets and build long-term partnerships.

Your tasks ##

• You will develop our markets in Europe together with sales partners and customers
• You will develop and implement growth strategies for your countries and regions
• You will coach and support our distributors in market development and sales
• You will accompany customer visits, conduct training sessions, and build long-term customer relationships
• You will analyze market and competition trends and actively bring your findings into the company
• You will be the first point of contact for our products and solutions in your sales area

Your profile ##

• Motivated and dynamic personality with high self-initiative and hands-on mentality
• Technical and/or commercial training with corresponding professional experience
• Experience in international sales is a great advantage
• Enjoy working with customers, sales partners, and technical products
• Confident German and English language skills; additional languages, particularly South Slavic languages, are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
• Willingness to travel around 30-40%
