Your missions

With your expertise in sales, you contribute with the team to creating a strong and customer-centric advisory atmosphere on the sales floor

Ensure attractive visual merchandising by emphasizing product presentation in accordance with the brand

Guarantee smooth processing of goods and create strategic product placement

Ensure order and cleanliness on the sales floor

Lead, motivate the team on a daily basis and strengthen an engaged and customer-oriented team culture

Handle administrative tasks as well as accompany internal training to support operational processes and contribute to the development of the team

Our requirements

Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales desired

Minimum 2 years of experience in the sale of streetwear, shoes, sports items or accessories

Strong interest in sales combined with the ability to quickly recognize customer needs and respond to them individually

Open-mindedness, desire for constant evolution and willingness to contribute to the optimization of the working environment

Teamwork and communication skills, as well as management of criticism and conflicts

Autonomy and solution-oriented work

Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both spoken and written

High level of personal motivation, stress resistance, flexibility and reliability

Interest in our main sports, current scene trends and in-depth product knowledge are an advantage
