• Conducting medical investigations with trusted doctors
• Processing of cost approvals
• Written and telephone correspondence in connection with benefit processing
• Ensuring high-quality and efficient case processing

Your profile

• Mandatory experience in the insurance industry
• Very good knowledge in outpatient benefit processing (priority)
• Knowledge in the field of paramedicine is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• High stress tolerance and team ability
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
