To strengthen our team in Regensdorf, we are looking for a committed construction manager(s) who will realize exciting projects in special foundation engineering together with us.
Your tasks:
Independent management and processing of construction projects in special foundation engineering
Coordination and supervision of construction execution on site
Leadership and motivation of the construction site team during project realization
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
Communication with clients, engineers and other project participants
Monitoring of economical construction execution considering quality, deadline and cost control
Your profile:
Completed training in construction (e.g., civil engineering, construction technician or comparable)
Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in civil engineering / special foundation engineering
Sound knowledge of construction processes and construction regulations
Organizational and leadership competence
High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and assertiveness
Driver's license category B
