We are looking for a new Trainee (m/f/d) as a deputy store manager

• Who wants to be successful with us and is ready to commit to it
• Who lives customer orientation and is enthusiastic about the toy trade
• Who can work with numbers and leads their employees in an outcome-oriented manner
• Who takes responsibility, rolls up their sleeves and simply gets things done

Your focus areas:

• Organization and management of the daily business of a store
• Recruiting, training and leading the employees
• Ensuring exemplary customer service by the team
• Support and collaboration on the sales floor
