Your tasks

• Taking over run & change tasks for our financing applications in a Dev/Ops environment
• Customer-centric analysis of functional requirements and their feasibility
• Creating requirement specifications, use cases, features, stories, and GUI prototypes
• Developing and evaluating solution approaches as well as creating detailed specifications
• Accompanying IT implementation and defining as well as performing test cases
• Organizing, moderating, and leading workshops
• Close cooperation with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other central stakeholders

Your profile

• Completed studies (Uni, FH, HF) in the field of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Analysis/Engineering
• Several years of experience as a Business Engineer / Analyst, preferably in a bank and ideally in the topic of financing
• Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills for the analysis of complex contexts and dependencies
• Open-minded and empathetic personality with team player qualities, high level of independence, as well as strong self-motivation
• Enjoyment in collaborating with employees from other units (IT, Product Management, Sales, etc.)
• Openness and willingness to take on tasks in the role of Product Owner if required
• Very good oral and written expression in German
