Introduction
You are passionate about pediatrics and want to evolve in a stimulating environment? We offer you the opportunity to join our dynamic practice in Lausanne. Position at 80% (ideal) with a start date on 1st November 2026 (or depending on availability).
Your mission:
Evaluate the needs and capacities of children in collaboration with their families.
Develop and implement follow-ups and treatments.
Use playful and adapted approaches to encourage children's engagement in their daily activities.
Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure continuity of care and strategies in different environments.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the services offered.
Ensure administrative management: reports, minutes, follow-up of prescriptions, etc.
Develop and lead care groups.
Profile sought:
Recognized diploma in occupational therapy. (HES or Croix-Rouge Suisse)
Experience or strong interest in the field of pediatrics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in French (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Authorization to practice in Switzerland.
