• You conduct and document incoming telephone calls in the technical field
• You increase customer satisfaction through your quick resolution of incoming service requests
• You help in achieving project goals through efficient conversation management
• You optimize customer portfolios, recognize sales opportunities (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling)

• You are motivated and convince through your very strong customer and service orientation
• You enjoy inspiring customers for products and services
• Your German is very good - in spoken and written form (other national languages are an advantage)
• Using the PC does not represent a challenge for you
• You already have experience in technical customer support
• You work independently and conscientiously
• Whether early or late shift - you are flexibly deployable from Monday to Sunday between 07:00-24:00
