Work location: Zürich and HomeOffice possibility Workload: 50-100% Tasks: - You actively further develop the digital transformation - You identify, evaluate and implement innovative technologies with a focus on AI and automation - You support our specialist departments Audit, Tax, Accounting and Payroll in the optimization and digitalization of their processes and the handling of digital tools - You analyze existing business processes and develop practical, efficient and sustainable solutions - You lead digitalization and innovation projects from the idea to successful implementation - You design and develop AI and Copilot solutions with direct benefit for our employees and customers - You work closely with specialist departments, IT partners and IT providers Your profile: - Completed studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science, Data Science or comparable training - Practical experience in the digitalization / automation of business processes - Sound understanding of Artificial Intelligence and data analysis - Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI or comparable technologies - Experience with Abacus, DeepBox, DeepO, DeepNinja or other ERP, document management and finance systems is a plus. - Very good German and good English skills - Enjoyment in communicating new technologies in an understandable way and inspiring people for innovation - High initiative and a pronounced claim to quality
