Your tasks:

• Preparation and plating of cold and hot dishes for à la carte, room service, buffets, menus, for banquet events, and caterings
• Co-responsibility for the proper condition of the area of responsibility, especially with regard to the HACCP regulation
• Very good knowledge of all food offerings
• Checking the correctness of dishes and buffets before serving
• Instruction and control of the activities of the assigned employees, as well as compliance with labor law regulations

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a cook and professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in international chain hotels
• Team player, motivating and stress-resilient
• Independent, reliable, and hygienic way of working
• High quality awareness and sound knowledge in the area of HACCP
• Readiness for commitment and resilience
• Good language skills in German and English
