For our client, a successful and internationally active industrial company in the Zürcher Oberland, we are exclusively seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Material Manager (m/f/d). In this responsible key position, you will ensure material availability and, together with the internal specialist departments, ensure a smooth production process.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for material availability along the entire supply chain
• Material requirements planning as well as scheduling for production and customer orders
• Production and capacity planning including scheduling and release of manufacturing orders
• Operative procurement as well as monitoring and tracking of delivery dates
• Close cooperation with production, logistics, development, quality, sales and international suppliers
• Optimization of inventory levels as well as early recognition and avoidance of material bottlenecks
• Maintenance of planning and procurement data in SAP as well as creation of evaluations and KPI reports
• Collaboration in the continuous optimization of supply chain and ERP processes

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial basic training with corresponding further training
• Several years of professional experience in material management, purchasing, supply chain or in production planning of a manufacturing industrial company
• Experience with SAP (MM/PP is an advantage) as well as very good Excel skills
• Technical understanding and ideally experience in reading technical drawings
• Very good German as well as good English skills
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative, organizational skills and assertiveness
• Team-oriented personality with high resilience and a hands-on mentality
