Multipurpose Hospitality and Housekeeping Employee at 80% - CDI

Located in the Pays-d’Enhaut region, our Foundation offers care and support to anyone suffering from mental health issues, within various medico-social establishments (EPSM and EMS). We currently welcome 96 resident-beneficiaries and rely daily on the skills of 135 employees.

To complete the existing team, as part of an activity deployed across different sites, we are looking for a: Multipurpose Hospitality and Housekeeping Employee at 80%

Start date: 01.11.2026, with the possibility of starting immediately for hourly replacements

Your mission:

• Ensure the maintenance of private spaces (rooms) and common areas, in compliance with hygiene and safety standards and institutional directives
• Ensure meal service with regeneration for the resident-beneficiaries (lunch/dinner)
• Ensure the application of good working techniques, cleaning and maintenance plans for the comfort, satisfaction and safety of the resident-beneficiaries and employees
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary manner with all services

Desired profile:

• Professional experience in a similar sector
• Flexibility and availability to work on the different sites of the Foundation
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
• Organization, communication skills
• Good ability to express oneself in French
• Driver's license
• Criminal record extract required
