Your tasks

• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Sale of smartphones, accessories and services
• Carrying out repairs on smartphones, tablets as well as other electronic devices (after induction)
• Fault diagnosis and quality controls
• Receipt and issuance of repair orders
• Support in daily business and ensuring a high service quality

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales or in customer consulting is an advantage
• Experience in the repair of smartphones, tablets or similar electronic devices is an advantage
• Technical understanding as well as joy in dealing with electronics
• Independent, careful and customer-oriented way of working
• Joy in customer contact and in working in a team
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for flexible work assignments, including Sunday work according to the duty schedule
