Due to our constant growth, we are looking for passionate and sporty Assistant Managers Fitness Clubs (m/f/d) as substitutes for our clubs in Zurich and its surroundings, starting now or by agreement. The locations of assignment may vary according to needs. Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities: • You accompany and support our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the facility • You develop training plans, monitor their execution, and are always attentive to members' questions • You apply the defined PureGym standards and lead by example • You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that all quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always respected • You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments and support the gym management in the development and implementation of plans so that your club can establish itself in the market • You regularly lead live group fitness classes and assist in the planning and introduction of new class programs What you bring: • You possess a fitness instructor qualification (m/f/d) recognized by Qualitop Suisse • You have a strong affinity for sport, fitness, health, and sales • You have excellent knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus • You are flexible in terms of time for spontaneous interventions, including evenings and weekends • You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to assume delegated tasks from the gym management • You enjoy contact with customers and like working with people • You are motivated to take on new responsibilities • You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team What we offer you: • We offer a free membership to the fitness center for you and another person of your choice • We grant 25 days of leave on a 100% basis as well as one additional personal day • We offer a free SBB subscription for your commute as well as for private use • We offer you good career prospects within our company • We guarantee a salary in line with the sector and offer other performance-based remuneration • We offer exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
