Your tasks:

• Preparation and plating of dishes from fresh, regional ingredients
• Support in the development of new dishes and menus
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Assistance with ordering and storing goods
• Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook or several years of professional experience in the kitchen
• Passion for regional, seasonal cuisine and high quality
• Reliability, team spirit, and joy in working in a team
• Independent and careful way of working
• Willingness to contribute creatively and actively to the restaurant
