Job description
We are looking for a specialist in childcare for our team starting from 01. November 2026 with a workload of approximately 40-60% depending on need. An EFZ specialist in childcare (or equivalent training) is required. Kita Pepe cares for two mixed-age children groups from 3 months to school entry in a large house with its own garden area. Your main tasks:

Holistic care of the daycare children
Collaboration with the team and the parents
Independent management of the children's group
Your profile:

EFZ as a specialist in childcare
Good communication and team-oriented thinking
Loving and responsible interaction with the children
